My approach is based on understanding how facial muscles work, how tension builds over time, and how it affects the way the face looks and moves. Instead of random techniques, I focus on cause and effect — working with the face in a precise and intentional way.

With a background in fitness and nutrition, I see facial work as part of a bigger system. The face reflects what’s happening in the body.
