Learn how facial massage actually works, understand basic tension patterns, and begin working with the neck and décolleté.

Week 2 — Lower Face & Buccal Work

Focus on the jawline, lips, and lower face, including buccal (intraoral) techniques and tension release.

Week 3 — Mid Face

Work on cheeks, nasolabial folds, and the under-eye area to improve support and reduce visible tension.

Week 4 — Upper Face & Scalp

Address forehead lines, “11s,” and scalp tension through targeted techniques.

Week 5 — Full Routine & Integration

Learn how to build a complete session, analyze the face, and apply techniques in a structured flow.

Week 6 — Live Practice & Final Guidance

Practice in real time with support, refine your technique, and get answers to your final questions.

❋ Throughout the program, you’ll practice on yourself and on a model or a client, and receive personalized feedback on your technique.

❋ Live sessions are scheduled with different time zones in mind, so as many participants as possible can attend. However, the course is structured in a way that attendance at every live session is not required. All sessions are recorded and available to watch at your convenience.

❋ Access to all course materials is provided for two months from the start of the program.
